These terms describe how you may use Image to Prompt Lab at imagetopromptlab.com. Please read them before using the studio. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What the service does
The studio analyzes an uploaded image and generates a text prompt. It does not generate an image or provide access to Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or other third-party products. Those services have their own terms and fees.
2. Your images and content
Only upload content you own or have permission to use and share for AI analysis. You retain any rights you already hold in your uploads. You authorize the processing needed to provide the requested prompt, including transmission to OpenAI. Avoid uploading confidential information or images of people without appropriate permission.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, deceptive impersonation, or exploitation. Do not attempt to access other users’ data, compromise the service, evade request limits, or overload its infrastructure. Access may be restricted to address misuse or protect service availability.
4. AI output
Generated prompts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to prompts provided to others. Review the output before using it. We do not promise that a prompt will reproduce the reference image, meet a particular quality standard, or be free of third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use uploads and outputs.
5. Free access and planned pricing
The current Free plan includes a browser library with two saved prompts. Request and capacity limits apply. Existing saved entries from an earlier limit are retained, but new saves may require removing an entry. Pro is coming soon; monthly and yearly prices and discounts are proposals, and no Pro payments are currently collected. Final features, billing terms, and any applicable cancellation terms will be presented before a paid purchase is available.
6. Processing and browser storage
Images and creative directions are sent through our server to OpenAI to generate a response. The browser library stores prompt text and related format information on your device, not your uploaded images. Download anything you want to retain: clearing browser data or switching devices can make saved prompts unavailable. Service providers may process technical request information under their own policies; we do not promise zero retention by third parties.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Interruptions, errors, feature changes, and capacity limits can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made of uninterrupted service or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be identified on the site. For the current contact options, visit Contact Us.
